Last year when my daughter went to Kindy, I got in the habit of collecting boxes and odd shaped cardboard trays to donate to the craft corner. Now that my daughter is in school, I still recycle these items, but before placing them in the recycling bin, I think of ways my younger girls can have fun crafting with the pieces.
A new Zarraffa’s coffee shop opened near me and one day I drove thru to get some coffees and they were handed to me in this very cool cardboard tray. The pattern reminded me of a safari and so I decided to create a ‘Safari Car’ for the girls to play with with their smaller stuffed toys.
